90-Day Refund Policy

Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Guarantee, your return must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 90 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
- The item is unused — it has never been powered on, worn, or operated in any way.
- The item is unopened and remains in its original, sealed packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
- The item shows no signs of physical damage, tampering, or modification.
The following items are ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened or unsealed devices, regardless of usage duration
- Items returned more than 90 days after confirmed delivery
- Items not in their original, unaltered packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modification
- Accessories, replacement parts, or consumables sold separately
- Items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Email support@revanus.org with the subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include your full name, order number, delivery address, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Securely repackage the item in its original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the item to the address provided in our instructions within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Authorisation does not guarantee a refund. All returned items are subject to physical inspection upon receipt to confirm eligibility.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is the direct result of a confirmed fulfilment error or a verified product defect on our part.
We strongly recommend shipping your return via a trackable carrier and retaining proof of postage. Revanus is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return journey. Return shipments that do not arrive at our fulfilment centre cannot be processed.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome of your return within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Refund issued by Revanus: Within 5 business days of approval.
- Credit card & debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal & digital wallets: 3–5 business days.
If your refund has not appeared within 10 business days of the approval notification, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us, as processing times may vary by institution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for a refund (subject to eligibility criteria above) and place a new order separately.

Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at support@revanus.org within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.
Where a verified defect or fulfilment error is confirmed, Revanus will cover the cost of return shipping and will, at our discretion, offer a full refund or a replacement unit at no additional charge.

Revanus reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your order date will govern your specific transaction. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
